perFITtion began with a simple thought while standing at a machine in the gym: I want to wear my own athletic apparel.
I’ve always had a passion for fitness and knew I wanted to create something of my own in the athletic apparel space. I didn’t know exactly where to begin, but I knew I had a vision. And right there in the gym, the name perFITtion came to me.
The vision was there. I just needed the right place to start.
That moment came during my very first Pilates class. When the instructor mentioned opportunities for vendors, something clicked. Grip socks weren’t just another fitness accessory. They served a purpose, and they were something people already needed for their Pilates experience.
That was my aha moment.
I realized I didn’t have to launch an entire athletic apparel collection to bring my vision to life. I could start with something intentional, functional, and stylish.
And that’s how perFITtion grip socks came to life.
