Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Temporary Processing Delays
During travel, holidays, and special events, the order processing times may be extended. Any planned delays and the expected shipping resumption date will be communicated on our website before checkout.
Customers with affected orders will be notified of any additional delays and offered applicable cancellation or refund options.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
perFITtion currently ships within the United States.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 — Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $70 or more.
- Express Shipping: $15.00 — Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
